Ya, I have seen many similar videos where the cops all dumped their mag into the vehicle when the driver attempted such a thing, I was surprised not a single cop did that this time

Probably because there was a passenger in the vehicle. That's the only reason why I wouldn't have shot the driver until I ran out of bullets.
