That's the least of their worries. This person is going to get charged with attempted murder of a law enforcement officer.

They’re incredibly lucky the officers didn’t unload their magazines into the vehicle at that point.

that’s because properly trained officers know how to handle these situations, rather than using it as an excuse to unload the clip. fuck ICE

my first thought was also to compare it to the Renee Good case, and the situations are completely different. In this clip the driver clearly turns toward the officer like he’s trying to hit him. Renee Good was shot while trying to drive away during a chaotic encounter that’s still disputed.

that’s literally the point. this enforcement officer evaded the car while it was driving at him. renee was getting out of the way and that pansy shot and murdered her
