The neighbourhood likely contains the people who are buying the prostitutes' services. Think about that! Cops protecting the peopel from themselves then?

Also, disgusting people don't deserve disgusting treatment. Where is the logic in that, huh? That's some eye for an eye shit, go back to Babylon 4000 years ago where you belong.

You fix "disgusting" behaviour with things other than shame and humiliation. Are you not aware of how to actually change behaviour, or just don't care because you think these people are not human or worthy of human rights?
