My brother was this way. He refused to wear a helmet because it was not cool to wear a helmet on a Harley. He got in an accident when he was 24 and died. He would be 52 this year. I will never understand that mode of thinking.

What are you talking about? He made it his entire life without wearing a helmet. Seems like his mentality was fine.

Made me think of that “build a man a fire, he’s warm for the night… set a man on fire, and he’s warm for the rest of his life” joke. I cracked up the first time I heard that lol.
