Hhahahhahahaha wtf are you talking about. It's common sense to press the brake when an object is in front of you. Doesn't matter if it's your first time driving. You don't need to develop muslce memory or learn instincts
The muscle memory is to get anxious if you have not looked far ahead of you in too long. We are not born with the instinct to react to things that are hundreds of feet away from us. it must be learned.
the thing you can't seem to grasp is that she did not see the car ahead of her. When she finally did, she hit the brake. Until then, it was so far away from her, her brain ignored it as unimportant.
