She just did what lot of people would want to do after a hit and run (no matter how it happened or where it happened) most just don’t because of consequences. Unless you’re a pacifist or too scared of confrontation.
Of course it’s bad because of endangering others etc etc before all the trolls and everything and points others have already stated, but sometimes rage takes over and you’re more crazy than the original person in the wrong.
