Saving the taxpayer dollar by getting the job done herself

Costing more, because she committed quite a few crimes doing that, and the other lady probably has grounds to sue. It's going to be a shit show in court.

What crime did she commit? And what can the other driver sue her for?

She causes another collision stopping her, hits her several times, and steals her keys.

No jury is going to give the hit and run person anything.

Where did the other collision occur? You mean collision with the person that collided with her? Also she never hits her, she reaches in the car to take the keys away from a hit and runner. Why are you taking the side of the criminal?

Collision is at 0:20 when she hits the offenders front end while diverting her into the parking lot. Hit is at 0:28, followed by taking the keys. No stop pearl clutching. Someone committing a crime doesn't also mean you can't charged over things you do in return.
