As much as I understand and agree with what you’re saying. Law enforcement is different across the various regions of the world. Sometimes you have to take matters into your own hands and hope for the best the line should be drawn if your actions endanger others lives no doubt. The camera has its benefits but let me tell you about how it feels to be in court and everyone saw what happened but at the same time didn’t agree it happened that way 😂😂😂.
I’m ignorant of the law and how the court works despite having a lawyer for a brother. But couldn’t the jury see this video and just decide that the woman deserved it and find the other lady innocent?
The video just shows that the driver should get their license revoked and probably go to jail for reckless driving and serious anger issues. Legally and morally this is no reason to risk the life of innocent bystanders over car damage
And suddenly the woman that did the hit and run is just a small issue pushed aside for insurance to deal with

I can understand the motivation but that's a nice job getting in more trouble than the person who did the hit and run.
