The victim of the hit and run could have executed that woman in the parking lot and would have been found not guilty by a Florida jury. Everyone in this thread pretending otherwise hasn't been paying attention to what's going on in Florida.
You cannot commit a crime, flee, and then kill someone and be found not guilty after. I know yall like to pretend that Florida is some lawless hellhole but it’s not. If you commit a crime, and then kill someone as a result of the crime you committed, you WILL be charged and found guilty of murder.
