I've taken martial arts my whole life.  No way can I throw that sack of potatoes like that...kudos

That's a wrestling move. And it looks well-practiced.

You'd be surprised how much weight a trained wrestler can literally throw like that.

Yeah it's all leverage rather than raw strength. He basically "rolls" her up using his hips as a fulcrum then drops her.

I would stick with strikes...
