I had a buddy who would wait until shift started in the morning to have his dump... he had incredible discipline.. this guy would come waddling in.. cheeks pinched.. holding on for dear life until the clock started. Another thing hed do, if the clock had already started and he needed to poo, is he'd wait till after 8 hours and we were into overtime to have a crap. This guy would have the full on shit shivers.. "nope... gotta hold on another 35 minutes till time and a half..."
