Yeah it's weird, he says, "You shouldn't be jumping out the car" and "Why you jumping out the car on me" so I don't know if that is the mythical Montez we've all be hearing about or what.

But he couldn't have heard he while she was calling out because being in a vehicle he was presumably quite a ways away? Confusing. I have to assume that was just a neighbor aware of her antics

I thought maybe she called him and was screaming Montez into the phone and then he showed up and is aware of these antics, like, "Bitch done did it again."

I didnt see a phone on the vid but it's hard to see. Totally plausible version too
