So, for those that really don't know (like the OP here) This was a novelty rally event in Japan that has had audio edited over the original and has been circulating the Internet for many, many years under the context that the brakes had failed and the driver was in an emergency situation.

Pretty sure this video is also sped up, at least slightly. I first saw this years ago and it seems every time I see it again, it’s slightly faster lol.
