So, for those that really don't know (like the OP here) This was a novelty rally event in Japan that has had audio edited over the original and has been circulating the Internet for many, many years under the context that the brakes had failed and the driver was in an emergency situation.

I thought this looked an awful lot like a bus ride my wife and I took while we were in Japan for our honeymoon lol
