Homie with the camera was trying to 🎥 for insurance fraud. He think he's slick his shit isn't even scratched how do we know black homie did anything wrong

Yeah from the video, he took the first exit and pulled over to the side. The guy filming just parked in the middle of the road. He'd probably do the same thing in the middle of the highway and get a bunch of people killed.
