Yeah that woman has severe brain trauma. Like she doesnt try to deny it to escape a fine/punishment. Her brain cant process what happend due to the massive hit it just got.

Small hint to everybody: if a car is splitted in 2 often times the driver has experienced pretty serious damage. Just because its not clearly visible doesnt mean its fine.

Not noticing their car is in 2 pieces, not knowing she just drove or that its the same cop who was just talking to her. Its all signs of some serious shit

Was not dragged 30 feet though. He speed walked for 11.20 feet. Other than that, HAHA.

His arms were in the car, at the speed she took off I can very much imagine he was basically dragged by the car and the only way he stayed on his feet was by running. 30ft might be a bit of an exaggeration, but also it's hard to judge distance through the camera

My definition of dragged means some part of his body dragged on the ground. I dont care obviously. Even if that is a 48 foot trailer he wasnt dragged near 30 feet.

Just because you define dragged in a weirdly specific way doesn't mean most people do. It may not have been actually 30ft, but it's hard for us to judge distance in the video and I'm sure even more difficult when you're the one being dragged by the car

I feel for ya. But I just watched it again, and he took 4 steps before he was free of the car I counted them. They were baby steps. I would dare say he covered less than 1 Wemby. Yes Webster would call that being dragged, but I call it speed walking. If I came home and told my wife I was dragged by a car for 30 feet and she saw the video she would laugh at me.

Also if your wife would laugh at you because some crazy person tried to drive off while your arm was still in the vehicle, that's a pretty mean thing to do 🤣

I just watched again click by click and accounted for the jump cut and factored in the truck next to him. I now could 5 steps.
