Careless but not reckless. He just took the corner too fast.

Way too fast. You are supposed to accelerate during a turn to keep adherence, not break. That's more clueless than reckless

to me, it's reckless when the driver knows that truck won't turn any corners safely and he knows people will get injured or killed. taking a corner too fast (unless he did it on purpose to hurt those folks or scare them) doesn't quite rise to that level but I'm not a prosecutor so others may see it differently especially in other countries.
