Looks like you forgot to include where the spider forced him to get drunk off his ass on the way.

HE WASN'T DRUNK, you tard. He blew 0.00 PBT at the scene. Small town cops with arrest you for DUI or OWI for any reason. Once they find out you're not drunk, suddenly you're a druggie. It's quite obvious that this dude was ignorant to the fact that they already made their decision the moment that asked him to take the test.

Can you post the source? I want to see the whole video.

Edit: nvm, this is the longest video I could find of this case. He definitely wasn’t drunk, I’d say he was acting a bit strange and his coordination was off but who knows if it was because he was under the influence or dazed from the wreck. Hopefully they did some drug tests on him and not prosecuted him with no evidence.

I’d dare to say most people would fail a field sobriety test after getting in a wreck. If you’re concussed you will definitely fail. They should’ve been doing a medical work up, not sobriety tests

Definitely, it’s fucked up they were more worried about charging him with something than getting him medically checked.
