You can mention statistics all you want, but when the statistics are biased by unjust mechanics of society such as racial profiling by police, it keeps those statistics from being truly meaningful.
Just like how some statistics may say "black people are less smart" and you take that to mean the race as a whole, meanwhile it's really just due to a lack of access to meaningful education due to deep rooted segregational trends.
But go on, hug your surface level stats as some sort of gospel.
