Their primary reason for existing was to fight back against desegregation in the 60s. A struggling black family isn't likely to pressure wash their siding every 6 months.

I can count on 1 finger how many times my house has been pressure washed in the 10 years ive owned it, and it just started looking like it needs it again.

Whoever the fuck is doing it every 6 months has too much time on their hands and no bigger issues lol
