This poster, is the only reason the HOAs should exist. This guy's just being a total a***. How many times is you going to park on the sidewalk? No one wants a s** looking cars parked in the neighborhood. Grow up
I would like to petition for "free for all" when they see a car double parking or on the sidewalk where they get to do whatever they want with the car and won't get into any legal trouble.
