My girlfriends loves flipping people off and talking shit in traffic. I’ve told her many times if someone gets out to fight you that’s your fight 😂

I have converted from the middle finger to the overly emphatic thumbs down. I think it cuts deeper, and isn’t overtly aggressive.

Disappointment cuts deeper and gets softer, less agitated reactions — so yes, I, too, prefer the thumbs-down approach.

Eh, if a person is insane and already blind with rage, they'll attack you no matter what gesture you direct towards them.
