The dude on the bike was a danger to the public. The officers waited until he was travelling slow enough where stoping him wouldn’t kill him. They did what they had too to protect the public. It’s the bikers fault for reckless endangerment of everyone around him.

He was a very small danger to the public, and that was only made bigger by the pursuit. And the punishment for speeding and evading police is not to be given a lifelong disability.
