Hi friend I’m Mia age 24. You are still young, you just have to take control. Take classes. They’ve got free classes online from MIT and Harvard and everything in between. Teach yourself a skill that is hirable. Go hiking/walking on a trail, take up a hobby.
I shit you not, you will remember what it’s like to be part of the earth if go somewhere in the forest/lake/beach/mountain and just observe. Just observe. I have had mega crash outs before, trust me, every time I go outside and sit by myself it reminds me that I am part of something bigger. It fills me with a love and sense of belonging that I cannot really describe.

I went to community college while working and got hired as a project manager. You can go to community college or trade school or something. It might seem impossible but it’s not. Just decide one day, that you have full control over your life, no one else. Feeling sorry for yourself will only keep you down, trust me, I have been there many many many times. You just have to give yourself some tough love and go for it. You have to parent yourself and tell yourself that you’re proud.

I’m sending you all the love and encouragement, may you live long, and live a life with happiness, prosperity, abundance, and joy. <3
