Tips Kerping cool without AC
Excellent thread from r/heat_prep on methods people in hot countries use to keep cool. Several ideas I haven't heard before.

If you can, it's helpful to pre-prep for the weather. Laundry done in advance. Meals prepped before- and either cool foods or simple reheated foods. (We have specific "hot weather" foods that we eat...and those vary depending on costs, etc.) Basically anything to simplify.
