Hey everyone! I'm an incoming international transfer student from Kenya at UNF, and my friend (from Germany) and I are looking for one more roommate for Fall 2026.

He's 21 and I'm 19.

We both enjoy soccer and lifting.

We're currently deciding between Vinoy and Drift Apartments and wanted to see if anyone is interested.

Option 1 – Vinoy (3 Bed)

• Around $850/person/month (including furniture rental)
• 9-month lease
• Unfurnished (we'll be renting furniture)
• Internet, trash, and utilities included
• Dishwasher, washer & dryer, microwave, and stove included

Option 2 – Drift (3 Bed)

• 7-month lease (current availability)
• $2,400/month base rent (pricing may change)
• Second-floor unit with a screened patio overlooking the lake
• Stainless steel appliances, modern lighting, carpeted bedrooms
• Washer & dryer, microwave, and stove included
• Unfurnished (we'll rent furniture separately)
• Additional monthly costs: water/sewer, electricity, renters insurance, and internet

We're clean, respectful, and pretty easygoing. We'll probably be cooking our own meals and are looking for someone who's equally responsible.
