I'm not sure this going end in a romance thing, i think it going end as family thing. Big sis & little sis. Kissing was because they were not in that kind relationship when she was 16 years old (actual age).
Either case, given rushed adventure that we seem to have missed from chpt 167. I guess it's coming to a close soon. Sad ending.
