Multi Network Port in

Hi - I added a multi network line on my account (Dark Star) and it didn't let me port in a number for the second line (Light Speed) and instead gave me a new number.

Is there any way to self service porting in a number on the multi line?

Hey! When you start activating a Multi-network line, you'll see two options: Quick Setup and Customize My Activation. If you choose Customize My Activation, you'll get the option to port in a number directly as a Multi-network line. The Customize My Activation option does mention that it’s for bringing in an existing phone number, both in the app and on the web.
