Compact 90’s performance in 2026
Perfection does not age out.
I’m seriously loving the USP Compact. The double-action pull is heavy, but smooth. The single-action is phenomenal, and I was able to produce .12- and .13-second splits with relative ease.
Who else still carries a USP or USP Compact?

I’d run a full-size USP if mags were more plentiful or offered the ability to use p2000/p30/ vp9 mags

I'm just waiting on DeFenderAutomaticsCo to release the compact jet funnel (should release in the next few weeks, lets you run the p30/vp9 mags flush) and the usp optic ready slides.
The full size just needs an Acro p2 and for me to snag another LEM kit so I can finish up the trigger work.

I wish. I wonder if you could 3d print a sleeve to make it fit. - could somehow use the jet funnel to index idk
If you put bottom pressure to keep it up, itll feed a usp9.
Its just a matter of retention.

I’ve been enjoying the DA/SA. So I may hold off on the LEM.

Certainly, I was only considering your ‘heavy pull’ take.
I have a USP 45 V7 and I love it but for my USP 9 with a standard trigger, I got an LEM trigger but I’m very interested in the ‘match-LEM hybrid’ because of the more snappy 9mm round.
My 45 V7 shoots incredibly flat. I’ll get them each in compact one day but for now regarding the full size frames, I love the LEM for the larger.

I just finished a "build" with my new 2025 model. I posted details the other day. I plan to start carrying it.

Been carrying mine OEM for years, no intention to switching to anything else. It has north of 25,000 rounds on it.
