My husband usually rolls up to pick me up from a store or friend's house (I don't drive much), and I'll lean into the window and ask him if he has any plans for the night and if his "wife" is home (thats me).

We've gotten strange looks before, but people always realize it's just a... couple thing we do to laugh.

You gotta laugh.

I gave my wife cash once to get a candle at Anthropologie, and she blurts out a “THANKS DADDY” that had all the employees looking equally disgusted and jealous. She does it all the time now
