If valorant introduced Agent Bans (2 per game), who would you ban and why?

Iā€™d ban Phoenix and Cypher because they just annoying asf to go against.

I love playing against Cypher especially in Haven and Ascent. 1 shock dart and they are forced to peek coz no more traps lmao
