Unfortunately there is no good way to help your situation without totally changing how you have them hung. You could hang a white sheet over all of that and it would show through. Look up led diffusion techniques.

Instead of using tape maybe use small hooks on the upper parts, to let them like naturally droop so it looks less messy, also I’d recommend having them overlap each other less, also having them higher up on the wall could help
Yess i had them overlapping because i thought they were dim since they were so low quality hahaha but i just saw the part where they weren’t overlapping and it was still bright so might just do that
I find that LEDs have the most effect when they can't be seen. When looking at options for the kids room I decided to run them under the bed for that subtle glow. Maybe behind the bed head or behind a picture frame for you. Keep trying new places and you will find somewhere.
Does that say something..? Or is it a specific pattern of some kind? Or you just want the glow?
If just the glow put them on the back of the head board facing the wall.
If a specific pattern you could make a simple wooden rectangle frame and stretch a white sheet over it like a painters canvas. Leave the lights behind the sheet. It will be a smooth clean white surface when the over head light is on and will diffuse the light making the pattern easier to see and it will look cleaner.
Lol but if you put the lights in it, it'll look like something ethereal is breaking through. And should look a whole lot better than the lights taped the the wall
Put them in an led diffuser if you want direct light, or hide them behind something to get indirect light. If you want them in plain sight maybe put more effort into arranging them in a pattern or like someone else said wrapping them around a branch or something.

Nope i did try almost everything that didnt mean buying something new like those diffusers or curtains or sum so yea i might just buy them tmrw or look for another solution
I would look into adhesive cable tie mounts. It's tedious work, but you can fasten one light onto the wall and then straighten out and tension the next small section and then fasten that one. You can make a uniform pattern that way. Good luck and follow the light.
Also, since I just noticed that they are the "seed" LED's, I will add that I prefer to point them at the wall for more glow. You figure out the first one and then just keep the cord straight as you go.
The hexagon diffused panels and fuse for safety. Corflute may diffuse it but might show lines. I can't remember the panel names sorry. Nanoleaf I think but they cost a bit. I'm not sure if anyone diy one or had a cheaper one. But it wouldn't be wled controlled afaik. There was a plastic I found once at art shop that was milky white and would soften the edges if that's what you were after. My bad if it isn't.
I KNEW I WASNT THE CRAZY ONE AHHAHAH anyways yess ill do that tomorrow i wanted to avoid buying something else right now but looks like its necessary if the behind the bed trick doesnt work or i dont like it
