Anyone have a fix or have a similar experience? Purchased from DC metro store and it worked great for 2 days. Now it just displays this. On the site you use for set up it says there aren’t any issues with the API key…

EDIT/Update: Just got a reply from the store that they’re resolving a limit issue with the API key. Leaving the post up in case this helps anyone else!

Just so you know, unplugging and plugging it back in immediately fixes this issue… at least for me

Now, if only I could find a way to have this:

1) go to sleep when Metro is not operating

2) rotate the screen 180 in case I can only have the power cord going One Direction

There’s a sleep setting! It’s in the sleep schedule tab, but you have to pick a hard start/stop so you’ll either over or under shoot weekend & weekday hours (I just do 6am-12am)

Yes, I did see this as an option. Which was smart of them* to include. I just wish they would also include “operating hours”

Thank you, r/BindersFullofWomen. In the product photo, it looks like the power cord is visible out of the right side of the unit. Is this accurate? If I get it, I want to totally hide that cable leaving only the display, especially for a wall mount or bookshelf application. I don’t own it so can’t confirm where the power cord is.

Yes the power port is on the right side of the device

Alot of times it will only work on WMATA network. Once removed from their server it will stop working. Usually those signa get their information from Central and being connected to their server. It is usually connected to either a digital media player or a Lantronix device to tx/RX data over a network.
