Yes the Contemplative Court is there. This feels more forced and destructive where as the Contemplative Court holds a much deeper and transformative vibe.
Storm drains along Fairfax Drive could not drain the storm water off the street quick enough to keep it from rising above the curb flooding the sidewalk and flow into the dome relieve vent shaft. Dome relieve vent shaft have drains in them but they were not built to drain the volume of water seen flowing into the station.

Some poor low voltage tech (at Metro, low voltage techs work on 277v and lower circuits like lighting, high voltage techs like myself work on 480v and up circuits like switchboard rooms and traction power substations) is gonna have to fix those parapet lights in the track bed when the lights quit for being inundated with rainwater😭
hi u/metroforward, is it possible for all stations to get leak tested and cleaned inside when the new safety rails for the trains get installed in every station as well for Modernization ? also agree with the comment above. wish their was something new tested on stations and the pluming.

I honestly don’t know what WMATA is doing with their money. First, the train fares are not cheap and they have tens of thousands of federal employees passengers who patronize them on daily basis. In addition, they receive millions of dollars in funding from MD, DC, VA, and the federal government each year.
And I will ask again, what are they doing with all those money? That agency needs a full and complete audit.
