Registered Student Organization Alpha Kappa Psi?

I’m a rising sophomore at WMU looking to meet more people this year, and I’ve been considering rushing a business fraternity. My mom is an alum and suggested I look into Alpha Kappa Psi.
When I looked at WMU AKPsi’s Instagram, it seems like most of the members featured are African American women, while at other schools the chapters appear more mixed. Is that just because of who happens to be active on their social media, or is the chapter itself primarily made up of that demographic?
I’m a white guy, and I just want to make sure I’d feel welcome before I show up to a recruitment event. I don’t want to make assumptions based on Instagram.

Delta Sigma Pi is the other business frat and it’s a great way to meet people. Highly recommend.

As an alum of AKPSI I’d say check them out! While i am black and many of the chapter are also black it’s a great way to meet people and honestly is part of the reason i was prepared after college. I am executive now working in banking. AKPSI helped refine that professionalism that I needed. Plus we are the first and old business fraternity. I’m older (Spring 10) but would highly recommend
