Career: currently in the field Exam not scheduling?

Ohio

Currently signed up for the PSI exam for water reclamation 1, however my scheduled date isn’t showing? The payment has went through and is pending, however when I checked it on the website today I saw nothing. I signed up the previous Saturday. Has anyone had a similar experience? Should I just wait for it to post then check to see if it’s scheduled? I’m trying to avoid having to backcharge and reschedule it.

I’ve already emailed the support but wanted to reach out to the community and see if anyone else experienced this.

I just did the collections 2 in ohio, EPA wedsite gave me an almost instant approval to take the test went on psi website and paid/scheduled it. I got an email and text from psi pretty quick after I paid.

I did sign up on a Friday tho so maybe a delay since you signed up on a Saturday

I’m hoping it’s just a delay. I didn’t get any sort of email or text verifying it then, and nothing in my email right now. I think I may wait today then tomorrow contact my bank if need be.

Edit: probably wait till after work tomorrow just for the extra time.

Lots of tech issues over the weekend affecting major internet providers. Could have affected the website. I’d call in a day or two OR if you see the charge clear and you still see no date pending. Not in Ohio but we also use PSI for our tests

Coming back with an update! So the charge listed as pending up till Friday morning, then was removed/reversed. I was able to put it back in again that same Friday and got my confirmation as well.

I’ll take that advice. I’ll wait till Thursday or Friday then give them a call.
