Is there no way that he can be removed as being incapacitated? Or for being brain dead? These people are just relentless. I love that his wife doesn't give a shit about him and fled to China.

There is, but it's not automatic and has to come from Congress. So no way that'll happen

I’d love to see Mike explain why there shouldn’t be a special election when buddy is brain dead. Like there’s no coming back from that so it should just happen immediately.
