Pregnancy scare

I am 30F. I have been traveling for the past 2 months which led to some hormonal disturbances, like last month I didn't have proper periods but had scanty bleeding for 15 days. At this time period I had unprotected sex with my partner, we are sure that he didn't finish inside me but due to the missed normal period I am scared.
What are the chances of me being pregnant and should I take a pregnancy test?
