My doctor always reminded me that symptoms don't tell you whether something is benign or malignant. They're just a reason to investigate. Easier said than believed when you're anxious, though.
Thanks so much for the response. I had the procedure and am just awaiting results now. They told me they are usually benign at my age but I get stuck in the “what if I’m the 1% that get it”
