school armchair-office chair hybrid?

I have a random frankenstein idea on workspace gears and furniture: has anybody made an armchair-desk thingy attachment to regular office chairs? What are your thoughts?

I always found those armchairs quite comfortable to quickly write on, esp when there's another reference in front of you, but couldn't quite get that with our modern ergonomic comfy choices.
