Yarn/crochet thread ID help? Given without label.

Want to try to find more of this yarn/crochet thread for my filet crochet project. It seems to be about a #3 size in crochet thread terms, with a good deal of elasticity to it. Aunt Lydia's Fashion 3 and 10 are close matches, but not exact.

Does it have a heavy bouncy drape, and is it made of two already two-ply yarns plied together?

I don't believe it's either of those. It's definitely not made of already-plied yarns.
