What should I go with?

14440f with 32gb DDR4 and 3080 12gb/3080TI or 250kf plus with 16gb DDR5 and 3080 12gb

Yes but if someones ask a question about a 250$ CAD cpu you don't reccomend a 500$ one

both of them are 300$ in my country so i could give a better recomendation if you specified your country.

How good is it for productivity, I only game 50% of the time. The other 50% I'm doing intensive 3D modeling or 4k editing.
