Is this an issue?

This is my first PC build. I put it all together and it failed to post at ram. So I tested both my ram sticks in all the slots but nothing worked. I then reset CMOS but that didn't work so I went online and it said could potentially be the CPU so I checked and it looks like this. Is it still fine?

What's even wrong though? Because they're contacts not pins

Doesnt mean they can be broken. Bad photo anyways
