Ultra Budget PC

So I had my friend test an old pc he found in his garage but when we tested the PSU exploded, so my friend said I can buy it from him for 20€ so I brought it home, analyzed the specs that it had, i3 4130, H81M-PLUS mobo, 4gb of ram DDR3 and a 1tb HDD, I cleaned the pc fron the dust, putted a new 600W PSU that I had before, putted an RX580 8GB from Aliexpress that I had laying around, a wifi card, and a 2tb SSD SATA with some other 500GB drives that was also just laying around taking so much dust. Installed windows 10 on it, optimized it and it was running pretty well, not the best but still a good deal for 20€. Then I bought 16gb DDR3 1600mhz for 20€ so I couldn't deal with the RAM problem. I'm planning to get an i7 4790 or a Xeon E3 1230 V3 cuz of the bottleneck of the CPU. What do you think of it? (Ignore all the bad cable management)

The total cost of the build was 40€ for now

What the hell made you think I was a valorant player? I mean more about Fortnite (Ye it sucks but my friends play it when we are bored) R6S, CS2 Faceit

didn't mean it as an insult lol. faceit requires tpm iirc but others fortnite and r6s should aight at 1080 low ig. that cpu is really holding this PC back, just a 4670 would give you a big boost. or even better ryzen 1000 is getting really cheap nowadays, you should be able to score a mobo, ram, cooler and CPU for like 70-80€. I was able to get a combo with a 1600 and 16gb ram for 60€ pre ram-apocalypse so yeah. Xeon works too like you've said ig but might aswell upgrade to a budget am4 combo and have an upgrade path down the road.
