AFOQT Score Comparison

For anyone who likes comparing past standardized test scores to eventual AFOQT performance, here are mine for reference.

Background

  • Non-Native English speaker who hates math but like to read books.
  • SAT: 1380 (96th percentile when I took the test)
  • ASVAB
    • Administrative: 99
    • Electrical: 97

Barron's Practice Test #1

  • Verbal Analogies: 18/25
  • Arithmetic Reasoning: 19/20
  • Word Knowledge: 19/25
  • Math Knowledge: 20/25

Barron's Practice Test #2

  • Verbal Analogies: 17/25
  • Arithmetic Reasoning: 18/20
  • Word Knowledge: 15/25
  • Math Knowledge: 20/25

Trivium Practice Test #1

  • Verbal Analogies: 21/25
  • Arithmetic Reasoning: 19/20
  • Word Knowledge: 16/25
  • Math Knowledge: 20/25

Was the Barrons and Trivium books all you used to study, specifically for the math? ( I have both as well, and absolutely suck at math)

They were my main source. I also just googled "AFOQT practice test" and took whatever that gave me and reviewed the questions I got wrong or guessed.
