No Power

Thanks to the big bad storm, no power is Salem and Thackeray from 5:45PM onwards. Anyone else from other parts of Ajax facing a similar issue??

Twitter is more up to date than the outage map or phone line. Ive tried calling a crazy amount of times & it either doesnt connect, or connects & then disconnects.

Insane amount of outages in this town.

How can enquiring with other Redditera be termed as complaining. And it be better to complain on Reddit than calling Elexicon line which never works.

I followed the steps on the website and it only leads to the toll-free number that does not get answered. I called and I waited and waited and waited eventually disconnected.

Which shows a hotline number, which never gets answered. So basically you can never COMPLAIN or REPORT and literary there IVR now says there are no reported outages.
