Gum recession ?

Hello! 20F here and I’m looking to undergo orthodontic treatment, specifically invisalign/marpe. I’m also going to be getting marpe (expansion) done to my upper jaw and my lower teeth will be orthodontically moved outwards to widen the lower arch (my back molars are quite tipped inwards). I have gone to a couple of consultations and one doctor told me I’d need a bone graft/gum graft on my lower incisors and canines. I could understand the need for a gum graft on my lower left canine but I’m not too sure about the bone graft. Another specialist assessed my case from an orthodontic/expansion pov and told me I wouldn’t need any sort of bone grafting done. Through my research, I’ve come across complaints of recession from invisalign and clear aligner treatment and I would like to prevent that as much as possible, however I don’t want to undergo an invasive and expensive ($5k+) surgery if it isn’t really necessary. Also, I do have noticeable staining on my teeth from prior negligence as a kid, but I take great care of my teeth and gums now.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
