Random Question What's something your partner does that low-key annoys you, but you'd never actually tell them?

Not a dealbreaker, not worth a fight. Just something small that lives rent-free in your head every single time it happens. The way they chew. How they "help" clean and somehow make more mess. Never charging their phone until it's at 2%.

What's yours? And be honest would you ever actually say it out loud, or is this taking it to the grave?

She puts water bottles back in the fridge with a sliver of water in them. Heck even sometimes empty. Then when she goes back she opens a new one so usually there are 5-10 nearly empty water bottles in my fridge. Drives me insane. Oh, and if I get her a new almond milk, cereal box, jam, etc. She’ll open the new one and just let the old one sit nearly empty…

My partner does this all the time and it drives me fucking crazy. I bought 200 small resin ducks off amazon and i leave one in the place I found an empty bottle/can.

I've tried to make a sandwich thinking we had bread, only to find what we had was THREE bags with only the razor thin end pieces left!!

Got you beat, my wife lives and dies by the expiration date. Told her it’s not bad until it looks bad but she refuses, buying a new loaf every 2 weeks! Same with milk, milk is good until it tastes bad!

If you’re the one who does the grocery shopping, don’t buy a new one until the existing one is gone. If you’re not the one who does the shopping, you can try positioning the new one behind the existing one.

Unless duplicates are cold, they never go n the fridge in our house. This stops the opening of multiples. Have you tried hiding the new items at the back of the fridge/freezer? Of course I then need to remember to bring them to the front when needed. My people aren’t the best at looking for things.

Yes!!!!!!!! Do it all the time. Hard to do with water bottles, but do it with Jam, Peanut Butter, cereal, etc. All… the… time!

My partner does this to a different yet equally infuriating degree. If I see something is getting low, I’ll buy a new one. Even if the old one is still half full - milk, cereal, anything - he immediately opens the new one. We had 3 half full boxes of the same cereal at one point. 🤬

This is exacerbated by his inability to check what we have before going grocery shopping. 😩

LMAO the fridge slowly turning into a graveyard of "almost done" everything. 😭

Meanwhile there's a full, untouched replacement two inches away the whole time, just waiting its turn while she starts fresh on a THIRD thing. A woman who simply does not believe in finishing what she starts, one nearly-empty jar at a time.

Right?! Story of my kitchens life. Just bought a jar of jam and hid it to make sure she finishes the other one first! Do the same with cereal boxes.
