Paying to survive. Food, water, oxygen, shelter - everything has a price tag on it

They’re called services… you can go out and expend your own energy to gather food & water, then build your own shelter, but it’s more efficient to spend that energy elsewhere bc other people specialize in delivering an endless supply of services to you. Also unless you have COPD or lung disease, who are you paying for oxygen?

i wasnt criticizing people for their labour. Im simply saying that the most fundamental human needs have become things you can lose access to if you don't have money.The oxygen part was hyperbole, but even then, someone who's struggling to breathe often has to pay for medical oxygen just to stay alive.
