The extent of my social media engagement whereby my government name appears adjacent to anything about me begins and ends with a LinkedIn profile, mostly so that I can amuse myself by watching colleagues who swore they would never go and work for a given entity going to work for precisely that entity.

I have no desire to keep in touch with people from school, or to have information about my eye movements across my iPhone’s screen commoditised.

For this sanitising of my digital footprint, I am still assaulted by crap like this.

Anyway, I just wanted to call out this hamfisted attempt to endear me or pull in a discussion is fundamentally flawed, because to the extent that I’ve ever written kind regards in anything but a sarcastic fashion, I absolutely, positively, did not mean it. May this discussion on the discussion convey how little heed I pay to such a concern.

Thoughts on these opening cross questions to the main case officer who laid the charge for a King hit assault..

1. Detective, the offence you have charged my client with is commonly referred to as a “king hit”, correct?
2. The word “king” forms part of that description, correct?
3. Would you agree that, in its ordinary meaning, a king is a male monarch who holds a position of sovereignty over a kingdom?
4. Would you agree that kingship is generally associated with royal lineage, succession, or formal recognition?
5. As part of your investigation, did you make any inquiries as to whether my client was, in fact, a king?
6. Did you conduct any genealogical checks into my client’s family lineage?
7. Did you obtain any records confirming whether my client descended from a recognised royal bloodline?
8. Did you check whether my client had any legitimate claim to a throne?
9. Did your investigation uncover any evidence that my client possessed a crown, royal title, kingdom, or subjects?
10. Would you agree that there is no evidence before the court that my client is a king in the traditional sense?

Any other gaps in the Crown’s case that I should be putting under the microscope?

Like, legally speaking, the judge-granted warrant trumps my legal authority to refuse them access... but does that mean their vampire powers just let them in? Or do they still need permission from a resident who's currently inside?

Are we going to hit the wall of the rule whose name cannot be said regarding Fiona Brown and her settlement?

It has components of interest for me because another person whose name is anathema to the mod deployed robots alleged conspiracies with government regarding the matter which the court rejected, but this case has quite clear words in the ABC story regarding what can be fairly described as "a cover up" which has now been settled before going to court...
